Victor and team did an amazing job on my attic. The work included: - insulation - new attic stairs from the landing - covering over the old hatch in the bathroom - removing the old water tank and relocating the new one - new attic floor boards to allow for access and storage This was not a straightforward job and the team worked diligently to complete the work to a high standard in two days I have recommended Victor to friends and family and I will continue to do so

My wife and I are thrilled at the job that Victor and his two colleagues did on our attic. Before the work was done our attic was a bit of a mess and not very safe to be in. Victor and his team transformed this space into a proper storage area and managed to reclaim alot of wasted space due to the old position of the water tanks. Victor and his colleagues Slaven and Karol did an outstanding job, putting in attic flooring and shelves with great efficiency - and despite it being such a hot day, with really good humour! Little details that make a big difference - I was impressed with their punctuality, how they put dust sheets over the entire staircase to protect the carpet on the stairs - and the recommendation to use the "unusable" space for shelving - which has greatly increased the storage area. The price was also very fair. Prior to contacting Victor, I had put in a Stira ladder which had created a 2nd hatch, leaving the original hatch unusable, so Victor's team also removed and sealed/plastered the original hatch for good aesthetics. Had I known about Victor's company in advance of starting, I would have gone with them for the entire job, including ladder, as I found their work exemplary. I would highly recommend Victor and his team. We got a recommendation from a friend to had done her attic with them and we could not be happier with the outcome. We got a light, floor insulation, raised OSB floor, a shelf, a ladder and insulated hatch door. Victor also noticed the poor state of our water tanks and we got them cleaned up and got covers for them. They did a fabulous job and left the house spotless afterwards. The quality of both materials and work is excellent and I only regret not having got more shelving. About an hour after they left, I noticed the hallway light (right next to the hatch door) not working and I called Victor to ask about the cause. I tried a new bulb, the switchboard, etc and nothing fixed it. He said he couldn't come back then but they came all the way back to our house a different day and it turns out the "new" bulb I was trying was broken and it was not their fault at all. He suggested spray foaming the apex and put us in contact with a specialist in that area. We are delighted with our new storage space. Victor was very easy to deal with and gave good advice on water tank and insulation so no unnecessary costs. Very good value for money. The two boys worked very hard and were spotless. They were clearly proud of their work. OSB floors are very strong, they installed a fluorescent light and relaid all of the insulation very neatly. The wooden stairs and hatch are excellent and everything is so neat and tidy. I can't recommend these people highly enough.

Available options and associated costs were communicated upfront with nothing hidden. The 2 guys who did the work were very professional. Arrived on time and all done in about 5 hours. Dust mats were put throughout so very little clean-up afterwards. Quality of material and work was excellent. I highly recommend the company.

Really nice job from Victor and his crew. I contact Victor by text and he called me back straight away. We discussed the plan and set the date. On the day, they arrived on time, really efficient working. Stairs, floor and light, all the fitting was taken less than 4 hours. I am impressed by their professional job. They brought blanket to protect the carpets and floor, No mass at all after finishing. Very quit during their working too. I am glad that now I have a big area to store my stuff and got easy access to the attic too. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We are delighted that we chose Victor and team to transform our attic. We got attic ladder, insulation, flooring, shelving and lighting. The plumbing was tidied up which gave us extra storage space and new tank fitted and lagged. A badly placed landing light was moved to accomodate new access hatch and an additional light placed in the landing also. The quality of work was top class and our house was instantly warmer upon completion. Punctual, courteous and tidy workers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
